Marks and Spencer Eucalyptus Muscle Relaxing Bath Soak

Eucalyptus Muscle Relaxing Bath Soak Marks and SpencerMarks and Spencer Eucalyptus Muscle Relaxing Soap Close up

There’s nothing I like more than to relax in a hot bath, especially after a good hard workout. I love relaxing scents and I’m always on the look out for a bath soak that will help to reduce DOMS and when I saw this in my local M&S I was really keen try it out.

I love the scent of Eucalyptus and this muscle soak has a beautiful scent without being too overpowering. You only need a small amount and the bathroom is filled with the gorgeous scent.

The bottle design is really cool too! You apply two pipettes worth of this to running water, this does mean that it can get a bit messy – I often find I have to wipe the bottle after use, which can get annoying but this is not a huge issue.

It doesn’t produce much in terms of bubbles, but it does turn the water a lovely shade of blue, it makes me think of spas and swimming pools and makes for a lovely inviting bath!

So, does it work? Well, I find that my muscle soreness is reduced in the short term but I do still get DOMS on the second day, just maybe not as bad as usual. Even so, I always look forward to getting in the bath and really love the scent.

It’s priced at £8, which is fairly expensive for a bath soak but it lasts a really long time as you don’t need much each time you use it.  I can’t find a link online but it’s available in all Marks and Spencer’s with a beauty section.

Has anyone else tried this muscle soak? Let me know what you think!
